Yes. Outer island deliveries include inter-island barge coordination. Expect additional cross-island fees of approximately $500–$1,200 per container, or per-CBM surcharges for LCL. Detailed addresses are required for verification before dispatch.
Cargo over 50kg or with the longest side over 120cm must be packed in wooden crates and palletized. The pallet height must be over 10cm. If a single side exceeds 210cm or the actual weight exceeds 1000kg, the recipient must provide a forklift at the destination.
If lost after trucking pickup, compensation is the declared invoice value or RMB 20/KG, whichever is lower (freight not refunded). Fragile items are not covered. Claims for damage must be noted on the POD and reported within 2 days. We highly recommend purchasing cargo insurance for high-value goods.
Yes. Free storage is 7 days after the container arrives at the overseas warehouse. After 7 days, the fee is $3/CBM/day. If the cargo arrives at the port but payment is not made, storage is calculated from the port arrival date.
Prohibited items include pure batteries, liquids, powders, food, medicines, cosmetics, e-cigarettes, branded goods, knives, and body-contact items like electric blankets. Concealment of prohibited items results in a minimum RMB 20,000 penalty and cargo confiscation.
Yes, but changing the delivery address or a second delivery attempt incurs a minimum charge of $500/shipment. Returns are not accepted for loaded containers.
